This is a made-to-order piece. Total time = production + carrier transit. The final shipping fee and delivery estimate are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Typically 7–20 business days for standard destinations. Alaska & Hawaii may take longer.

How customization works

Important: This is a made-to-order product created from the details you provide. Please review the steps below so expectations are clear.

Step 1 — Consultation & details

Pet type: cat, dog, rabbit, etc.
Photo required: please provide a clear reference photo (good lighting, face visible).
Necklace length: default 45 cm. Other lengths are available for an additional fee.
Enamel palette: choose the color direction for your pet portrait.
Background: solid color by default (custom background color available on request).
Engraving (optional): pet name and/or date engraved on the back. Leave blank to skip.

Step 2 — Order & scheduling

Production scheduling begins after full payment is completed.
Rush option: expedited production may be available for an additional fee (subject to capacity).

If you need it for a gift date or require a custom chain length, email us before shipment so we can confirm feasibility.

Step 3 — Design & making

This piece is produced through multiple stages. Timelines vary depending on complexity and queue volume.

3A) Design draft (typically 3–7 days)

We extract your pet’s outline digitally and match the selected enamel palette to prepare a clean portrait layout for production.

3B) Handmaking process

Base preparation: a 25 mm copper base is polished and cleaned to remove oils and residue. An enamel primer layer is applied and cured under controlled temperature.
Sketch & coloring: key features are drawn based on your photo, then color-blocked and refined with fine detailing (markings, whiskers, fur accents) for recognizability.
Detail tuning: shading and contrast are adjusted for dimension, and the background color is confirmed before sealing.

3C) Semi-finished confirmation (typically 7–14 days)

After enamel filling, curing, and polishing steps, we share photos of the semi-finished piece for confirmation. You may request minor adjustments. Major redesigns may require restarting the process and additional cost.

Step 4 — Final finishing & delivery

Final sealing: after your approval, a transparent enamel topcoat is applied through multiple coating/firing steps to improve durability and reduce fading.
Packaging: protective box.
Tracking: a tracking number is uploaded once the order ships.

Sizing

Necklace length: 45 cm by default. Other lengths available for an additional fee.
Length changes: must be confirmed before shipment; cannot be changed after dispatch.
Portrait base: 25 mm copper base (used in the enamel process).

Chain: S925 sterling silver.
Pendant body: 25 mm copper base (wear-resistant).
Finish: enamel-based coloring with protective topcoat.

Designed for everyday wear and resistant to typical moisture/sweat exposure. To maintain longevity, avoid harsh chemicals and store separately.

Craft notes

Each piece is made by hand. We aim to capture signature features and expression in a refined jewelry format. Due to the nature of enamel work, the result may not reproduce every single strand of fur with microscopic detail.

Returns, issues, and support

Custom/personalized items are generally not returnable for non-quality reasons. If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or significantly differs from the confirmed details, contact us and we will assist in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights.
