Made-to-order customization

Personalized pieces crafted from your photo and preferences — such as custom pet portrait jewelry. Each item is made for your order, and production time is shown on the product page.

If an item is made to order or customized, we show production time on the product page and shipping timelines in our Shipping Policy and at checkout (where available).

How we work

Designers lead the creative direction. SFOUNDA is the merchant of record and is responsible for product standards, order handling, quality checks, packaging, shipping coordination, and customer support. You place an order with SFOUNDA, and we resolve issues directly—without redirecting you to third parties.

  • For custom orders, we confirm details and quality before shipping
  • We provide tracking when available and help if delivery issues occur
  • You contact SFOUNDA directly — we resolve issues without pushing you to a third party
