Shipping overview

Orders are shipped from our partner facilities. The exact origin depends on the product and may vary between orders.

We currently deliver to select destinations. Available shipping methods, fees, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Free standard shipping is available for the contiguous U.S. (48 states + Washington, D.C.).

Non-contiguous U.S. shipping: A $15 shipping surcharge applies to Alaska and Hawaii only. We do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa) at this time.. Delivery times to these locations are typically longer.

Import duties & taxes: Depending on your country's customs regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. SFOUNDA does not control, collect, or reimburse these fees.

Preparation & production time

Standard ready-to-ship designs: preparation (handling) time is typically 3–7 business days.
Custom or personalized items: production time varies by product and is listed on the product page.

Preparation/production time and shipping (carrier transit) time are separate. Your total wait = preparation/production + carrier transit.

Estimated delivery time

After preparation/production is complete, your order is dispatched. For standard items, carrier transit time is typically 7–20 business days. Non-contiguous U.S. and U.S. territories may take longer due to routing and local delivery constraints. For custom or personalized items, the delivery estimate shown on the product page takes precedence.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, or local carrier disruptions. The checkout estimate is the most accurate for your address.

Tracking your order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment via Yuntrack: https://www.yuntrack.com/parcelTracking.

Heads up: Tracking info may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. This is normal — it doesn't mean your order is lost.

If we can't ship on time

If your order can't ship within the stated timeframe, we'll contact you with an updated estimate. You can choose to wait for the updated delivery or cancel for a full refund on the unshipped portion.

Gifts and time-sensitive orders

Need it by a specific date? Email us before placing your order (or immediately after checkout) and we'll let you know if the timeline works.

For custom or personalized items, include your order details and any special requirements in the email.
