These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SFOUNDA website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About us
SFOUNDA is an online design brand operated by Stellar Ark Limited (Hong Kong) ("we", "us", "our"). For questions, contact support@sfounda.com.
2) Eligibility and account information
You agree that the information you provide (including shipping and contact details) is accurate and up to date. If you create an account (if available), you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
3) Products, descriptions, and availability
We work to display product information accurately, including materials, sizing, and what's included. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the nature of made-to-order or handmade production.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update product details. If we discover an error in pricing or product information, we may correct it and contact you if your order is affected.
4) Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. Your transaction may be subject to the payment provider's terms and security checks.
5) Order acceptance and cancellation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance if we need to verify information, address payment issues, or correct errors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in reasonable circumstances.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production or fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible — especially for custom/personalized items.
6) Production, shipping, and delivery
Many items are made to order or produced in small batches. The estimated production time and general shipping timeframe are shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, or local disruptions.
Tracking details are provided once an order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within the expected processing time, or if a package appears delayed, contact us at support@sfounda.com.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and options, including continuing to wait or canceling for a refund on the unshipped portion.
7) Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and procedures, including the rules for custom/personalized items. Please review it before ordering. In case of defective or incorrect items, we will work with you to provide a reasonable solution (such as replacement or refund) in line with the policy.
8) Custom and personalized orders
For personalized products, you are responsible for providing accurate customization details (such as names, text, or uploaded images). Please review your inputs carefully before submitting.
Important: Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If you upload photos or content for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to use that content or have permission to provide it. You grant us a limited license to use the submitted content solely to create your custom product, fulfill your order, and provide support.
9) Intellectual property
All content on our site — including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to SFOUNDA or our partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content without our permission.
You may not use our trademarks, branding, or product images in a way that suggests endorsement or association without written consent.
10) User content and reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display, and reproduce that content for operating, improving, and promoting our store (for example, on our website or social channels), unless you request removal where permitted by law.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
11) Website use and prohibited activities
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with security features, scrape data without permission, transmit malware, or engage in fraudulent transactions. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers, or our partners.
12) Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar Ark Limited and SFOUNDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellar Ark Limited and SFOUNDA from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights (including rights related to submitted customization content).
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Hong Kong law. This does not limit any consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or operational needs. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest version takes effect.
